Rotational Bidding

A method of auctioning off liens/property. The auctioneer begins with the first parcel listed in the advertisement and asks the party in the first designated seat if they are interested. If not, he proceeds to the party in the second designated seat number, and so forth, until someone accepts. The next lien/property is offered to the party in the following seat until everyone in the room has been offered an opportunity to bid. Then the auctioneer starts all over at the beginning.
